We will send payment, via PayPal, within 3 days of receiving your gear. If there are inconsistencies with your gear we will contact you in 3 days to determine a path forward.

Generally, we will not accept returns. However, if you receive an item other than what you purchased, if there are inconsistencies with the tags label compared to our description, or various other reasons, returns will be considered.

As sizing is different between brands we are not responsible for ensuring the clothes fit. It is best to research sizing for the specific brand you are interested in prior to purchasing.

If you are in the PNW you can contact us to make an appointment to see what’s in stock. We are happy to buy/sell in person and skip the shipping.

Depending on location, if you have multiple items you’d like to sell we may be available to come visit you. We are based in Washington state and, depending on quality and quantity, we may be able to swing by!
